Keeping up with... me?

Hey, it's been a freaking long time since I last updated... I blame it on the lazyness! Here are some updates:

It was just upon recently that the city I live got an upgrade in the speed connection, that used to get to 1mbps and thanks to Oi Inc. can get up to 5mbps (which is obviously, my speed connection since then). Sadly enough, by the mid-march 'til the time I'm currently typing this entry, every time I try to download some archive my download speed don't get any higher than 30kbps, which is unacceptable, I could deal wish a least 420kbps since my internet is shared with other 3 computers. By being questioned about this situation, internet company states: "We are going thru some problems, which are already being taken care of and by april 10th every thing shall be solved". Course it wasn't, it's already the 13th and the problem remains at it's fullest (or lowest, got it? internet connection -> slow. no? okay). I'm extremely late on keeping up with tv shows and I haven't found a new artist to add to my music library in weeks! (that's quite frustrating), my virtual life is completely numb (can't thing of a better adjective). I'm nearly having a breakdown, having internet and not being able to download shit is one of the worst things, like, EVER. Anyway, cutting the crap off, here are some of the photos I took since the last entry. Some of them are available on my flickr, there's probably a link on the sidebar.

sweet monday

So it was an awesome monday (is this real life?) apart from the fact that the power went off for the whole afternoon and it was so hot, dear god, why do I have to live in such a warm city? Geez. Anyway, today was the last day of Wanessa here in our house, she came to spend the carnival holidays with her boyfriend (he's my flatmate) and she's going back home to her city 1000 miles away from us, which is pretty sad but we had a few people over, including Gabi that is currently working at organizing and styling different kinds of parties as a job apart from studying architecture and interior design, with all that going on she still managed to learn how to make some really delicious stuff and she brought us a whole bunch of cupcakes and I must say, they were so tasteful and fluffy. Of course, as I promised to commit myself to blog about things that happen I took a few photos to put it up.

world spins madly on / supermoon

So I set higher hopes to this saturday, which was great because it wasn't a bad day at all. Just enjoyed the whole "do nothing for a day". Also played a lot of Super Mario in a red Wii ♡.

I also took photos, they weren't that great but it was worth the fun of doing it rather than being pleased with the results, I don't know but I'm really "numb", in a way that nothing really seems to matter (don't get me wrong I mean in a good way) maybe that's happening because it's a Supermoon night, isn't it awesome? It's actually the first time in the last 18 years that it happens (the supermoon is when a full moon happens when the moon is the closest to the earth as it can be at the moment). I'd definitely remember that big-beautiful moon shining up in the dark sky. Memorable mates, memorable. Well, I'd show you some of the photos I took early in the day.

I also printed an awesome/beautiful illustration from an amazing Edinburg's based artist. I just feel really connected to it, it's a delicate piece of art, we should all take a good look by listening do Damien's songs, specifically the "I Remember" from the O album. Not sure about you but it does good to me.

It is now hanging in my not-so-great wall right next to my Juno's print. I'm starting to think about getting a lot more prints that inspire me and putting them up in a good place, probably near my computer but still trying to figure that out as it doesn't have a spot left anywhere near my desk, oh wait... I should get a room makeover! But it won't happen 'cos I'm broke and scarcely gettingg to get paid in the near future. That being said I really need to buy some frames though, lol.

It's already sunday at the moment I'm writing this post (precisely 12:13am), so let's just hope my sunday turns out like a decent day, which I hardly thing is going to happen. Take care xx

Changed the layout [just a bit of it tho], created another blog and over there I will be posting texts, differently from my others blog [that I can hardly keep up with] which I post loads of photographs and shit.

after all this time, i usually get to think i got over you. i'm not saying that i won't get interested in other people because i will, i did. it's just never like the way it was with you. i don't hang out much and maybe that's the problem. i'm not an outgoing person, i'd rather stay in watching tv shows and reading books. they make me feel better for connecting to a story and forgetting about my own. guess what i'm trying to say is: - get away from my mind. i know that even if you tried it would be worthless since it's on me.

i will watch all my dreams come true and none of them will be the one that i'm with you. it's 11:09 AM right now,  f.r.i.e.n.d.s is on and i should probably go watch it and not think about you 'til midday. then, i will go online and start the cycle all over again.
